System Technological Architecture

A comprehensive end-to-end solution built on dedicated hardware, background mobile processing, and cloud infrastructure.

1. Wearable Sensor (Smart Ring)

The detection unit is integrated into a lightweight, non-invasive smart ring designed for continuous monitoring:

  • Advanced Optical Sensing: Accurate measurement of SpO2 (Oxygen Saturation) and BPM (Heart Rate).

  • Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) Connectivity: Ultra-low-power wireless communication ensuring extended operational battery life.

  • Ergonomic Design: Built to be worn seamlessly through all daily routines and nighttime sleeping hours.

2. Mobile Platform (Android App)

The Android application operates as a local data hub and processor for the measurements collected by the ring:

  • Background Execution: Optimized software architecture for continuous data streaming without operating system interruption or throttling.

  • Validation and Filtering: Primary signal processing prior to cloud uploading to ensure raw data integrity.

  • Local Interface: Streamlined management for connection setup, diagnostics, and real-time status checks.
